Introduction
DB Series Electric Vehicle Intelligent Instruments 32-bit
microprocessors and use of next-generation TFT LCD display touch
screen display consisting of electric vehicles, smart meters, the
meter with real-time display and battery charger intelligent
control functions. Developed specifically for electric vehicles, the instrument
displays information including: motors, motor controllers, battery
management and charging devices and other information and real-time
working condition. For example, users can access through the instrument: the motor
speed, motor bus voltage, motor bus current, motor phase current,
motor temperature and motor speed and other information. Optimization algorithm using battery capacity battery management
(BMS) to estimate the remaining capacity of each cell and the total
remaining capacity of the battery pack can also be of single cell
voltage, temperature and battery remaining capacity for monitoring
and real-time alerts, etc.. The instrument can display the working status of charger and
charging information. Instrument display and the transmission of information between the
functional modules are based on CAN bus communication.
